Default Weird ABS Problem

It seems like every week my car has a problem. Here is the latest.

When I warm up my car here in Michigan, the car will start normal. After about 2 seconds I hear a winding noise then a click. About 10 mins later after the car is warmed up, the ABS light is on. If I restart the car it goes off. Some times the winding noise will continue and the ABS light will stay on.

After driving it for about 45 mins on the express way the ABS light comes back on. But I have normal braking abilities.

Throughout the day the ABS light will go on and off while driving. Also, when I get to traffic lights I notice a dramatic drop in RPMs and the weird winding noise, but no ABS light.

I tried to search but didn't find anything similar. I am just looking for a quick answer before I take it to someone to look at further.

Thanks guys!
