It should work. The only problem I can think of would be that it may not mate up to your cat.

no it will NOT. the 99 dx uses a cat that is part of the manifold (looks like a spider) why on EARTH would anyone want it?

yeah your probly right then it is a stock restrictave manifold. cause the site woul d have said 96-** etc.
