Oil Pan Leak
I still need to pop my car on a lift but I'm 90% sure that my oil pan is leaking. I'm thinking about replacing the stock one with a baffled one with a gasket. Anyone know where I can get a cheap one??
cheap? make your own..
don't wanna make your own , moroso .. i think 180ish.
want something with a name behind it?
mugen and spoon offer some in the high two hundreds...
my pan is leaking as well.. well I hope it's the pan and not the main seal.

how does Moroso not have a name behind it, they have been making parts for the domestic cars for a very long time.

They sell Slater's old "fastline performance" oil pan baffles. I believe they are $20. I just had Midas weld mine in for $20 more. $40 and I had a baffled oil pan that works just as well as the $180 Moroso. The Moroso piece is nice, but if you want to save money, I suggest the route I mentioned.
Also, when replacing the gasket, make sure you pop off the two metal rings on the flywheel side. Sometimes when the gastket is ripped off the two metal rings normally inside the gasket get stuck on the studs on the bottom of the block. If you put a gasket on over those rings, you'll get bad leakage. Just a tip.
Good luck!

Are you the same Reza from hybrids?
The welds won't break if the person welding knows what they're doing. It's like any of the expensive pans out there. Two beads on each of the two baffles is all it takes.

hey these are all great tips fellas...so the oil pan is universal to any B series engine, I have an Integra LS '96 by the way...I hope mine is not the main seal as well...I still need to get it up on a lift but from what I can see it is leaking from where the oil pan and block meet
