Default 98 civic stock fuel rail question...

on a 98 civic the stock fuel rail seems to have a plug on the end of it, it looks as if it might be screwed in but there is no way to unscrew it, sincs its flat, if i made a groove it in could i unscrew it or is there no threads there, im asking because im looking to install a nitrous kit and dont want to cut my fuel hose.

i would hate to have to cut my fuel line, when that thing screws out and i can screw the adapter in, plus i would hate to even try to notch that plug if it doesnt have threads and then i need a new fuel rail, so just want to know if that thing is removable ya know.
