not bouncy, very stiff, if i hit a bump the car bounces so much i almost hit my head on the roof the guy at skunk 2 said that they are meant to be that way and that they run circles around tein stuff

Probably the spring rates. Skunk2 rates are a lot stiffer than stock suspension, name of the game I guess.

When I took the stock shocks off my '90 hatch, I could fully compress every shock with MINIMAL effort. I suggest getting a set of Konig Yellows to match up.

What strut/shock are you using?

Also I didn't find much pleasure with the stock rates on the skunk2 coils they rated mine to my spec free

take them off.

theyre getting in the way.

you dont need them.
