Default Lowering my CD9...

Hi guys... So i have just bought my CD9 Accord Coupe and it looks like its on Stilts! so i need to get it lowered... I've read on these forums that TEIN are the way to go for lowering springs but i cant get them in the UK, But i can get Tenzo's. So my question is: Are they good? They are a reasonable price they come in two flavours standard spring and coilover adjustable spring.
