When i downshift into 2nd, sometimes it will pop out, Could this be because my mounts are shot, im goin to check the fluid today also.

 

Right off the bat I would say bent shift fork...but I would check all fluid levels associated first. But I would say its prolly the fork....my old car did this to me and the fork was bent...I bent mine whilst jamming it into second. Oops!
