The problem wont be in the wrist pins but the fact that the GSR pistons will not fit on the LS rods without modification to either the rod or the piston.

Honda lists the same part number (13112-P3F-000) for both LS and GSR piston pins so that should not be a problem.

The problem is that the LS rod is ~2mm wider than a GSR rod and will have to be narrowed ~1mm on both ends.

No sir, LS and B16 rods are wider than ITR/GSR/CTR. SO unless you use a B16 Piston on the LS rods you have to narrow them.

No sir, you are incorrect, the GSR pistons fit onto the LS rods with no modifications whatsoever, you can retain either wrist pin. Hands on experience > reading online.

B16/GSR/LS/ITR all fit except the CTR!

All you gotta for the CTRs is shave off 1mm from each side of the small end of the rod.

The preferred place to shave would be the piston, the rod already doesn't have enough material and when it gets the "holy **** stroke" which is the exhaust out back down for intake stroke when there is no pressure, just being slung back down at mach 14, then you want all the material on the little end of that rod you can get.

But to answer the OP, GSR pistons will fit just fine on the PR4 rods. wrist pin and all.

Okay, where is this in conflict?

Read the posts completely.
Let me help you out, He's talking about shaving a CTR piston.
Some people should not post.

They wont fit with proper clearance, been there done that. There is a 2mm difference. Go ahead say what you want, then TRY IT and see what happens. Then there will be no more need to argue.

hmm, you sure it was a p72 and not a P73 (ITR) piston?

PR4, P72, PR3, and P30 all worked for me.
