I am getting ready to repaint my eg and i want to remove the side windows. Has anyone done that before???

Is it similiar to removing a windshield or is there any brackets holding the glass in???

just do a nice masking job and you will be fine

painters tape and a razah is your friend

this isnt an ef there arent 2 10mm bolts. its a pain in the *** i took mine out with a heat gun and some piano wire.

 

yea, avoid doing that at all costs, unless your tinting your windows, then pull the windows out.

 

yeah, i just saw that hatch pic up the other day...

 

I have to reseal the window, i have a leak coming in from one of em...

I painted my last hatch with the windows in and i used this special tape that worked great... But i have to fix this window.

So it is like the front windshield, it is bonded in there.. fun fun.... might take the 50 bucks and have the shop pull it for me...

First thing came to my mind. No someone PS it with "FREE CANDY" on the side.

 

car wouldnt be so bad if he hadn't riced it out with the rear diffuser and kit.
