im not sure if this is a normal thing on crx's, but my cd player works even with the ignition switched off. its not really a big issue for me.i can turn it off,but the standby light stays on. its not really a big issue for me. it doesnt kill my battery. but the lil red standby button is bright and causes attention. i mean it could scare off some ppl...maybe thinkin its an alarm feature. been thinkin bout puttin black electrical tape over it when its parked and im not around lol.hell thats how i use to do my old vcrs when the light would blink when u didnt set the time lol.

ARE all crxs like this, or is there something i need to work on?

 

more then likely your cd player is hooked up to the battery causing it to stay on... i use to have mine like that.

 

well as long as its not a issue, i dont have any problem with it. but id like to do something about it if i can.
