They are currently setup for 13x8.5" sizing, and are 4x100 with a 54mm centerbore. That's hubcentric for a Miata. Most important, they are 5.5" backspace. The backspacing is what I'm concerned about. Right now I run 15 x 7 40mm offset and they rub on the inside fenderwell at full lock.

 

I would say you'd be cutting it close with the 5.5" backspacing, but it might just clear on the inside. I run a 5" backspace 13x9 and I know I have a little bit of clearance. The bigger issue I see in your case would be the center bore. I believe 54mm is too small. Honda wheels will fit on a miata but miata wheels will NOT fit on a honda due to the smaller center bore. If I'm not mistaken, you'll need to bore a few mm to make it fit over the honda hub.
