ok I THINK what you are saying is that the car vibrates a little when it comes to a stop?

have you looked at motor mounts? how's the idle speed, etc (also it'd be a cd5 or cd7, cd6 is JDM) mine vibrates a little but nothing too horrible to complain about

I have that as well on my 95 when coming to a full stop then gas. I think thats normal... my steering wheel shakes when I'm driving 50mph+ as well.

what's your idle speed? and are any motor mounts busted up?

rotor warpage, uneven tire pressure/wear, alignment, motor mounts, idle speed, bunch of crap could be the reason

Under braking I believe the most common is rotor warpage and alignment
Idling most likely motor mounts
accelerating most likely tires / alignment / mounts

Someone correct me if I'm wrong

you replaced the water pump, T-belt? when you put it all back together are you sure the counter balance shafts were in the right places?

rear motor mount is vacum controlled. Make sure that the line is hooked up and that it is working properly before you replace it.

does the car shake when coming to a stop or is it shaking when you are at a complete stop?
