The 92-95 EX 4dr's have ABS, as well as the 94-95 EX-S package on the Coupes, and it was also an option on the 94-95 Si Hatches.

Ever heard of a FACTORY OPTION?

Also, take into account where the car was assembled. Some Hondas were assembled with differently due to location. EX. Honda of America, Honda of Canada, Honda of Japan...

In 1992
A driver airbag is standard on all new Civics. Unfortunately, the wagon body style is dropped from the lineup. VTEC power is available by way of the top-end EX model. All sedans now have power steering added to their standard equipment list.

In 1993
A coupe body style is added to the Civic stable. EX models get standard power steering and a sunroof. A passenger airbag is available on the EX Coupe.

In 1994
The passenger airbag is now standard on all Civics. Antilock brakes are optional on the LX Sedan, EX Coupe and Si Hatchback.

In 1995
No changes for the last year of the current Civic.

OPTIONAL buddy. Easiest way to check is look under the car at the rear. Look for ABS wires. Or look under the hood for ABS unit.
