B18C ITR SWAP INTO EG6 THROWING CEL CODE 20 AND HAS LOST SOME POWER. HELP!!!

Just put a b18c into my jdm eg6

Running a conversion harness and using the obd2 p73 itr ecu.
The car ran fine for the first couple of days but now seems to be less responsive.
Its not me just getting use to the car. Its a very noticable difference.
Less pull in all rpms and vtec and takes longer to accelerate.
I jumped the wires and its throwing code 20. ?
Could this be a sign of a bad dizzy?
I am not sure what code 20 is but read it is something to do with eld my car idles at 1200 and wont go any lower.
Is this code due to me using a obd2 ecu in my obd1 car with conversion harness? would this affect performance.
Please help me out guys

if code 20 has to do with the eld then ive thrown that code before on my r swapped del sol, to fix it i just removed the fuse box, removed all the wiring going to it and fuses and cleaned everything up and re-installed, remove the battery to reset the ecu.....the problem has never come back sense...dunno what caused it but its gone now....
