COOLANT color???
uh yeah, that kinda has me worried. Was it green when you added it? I don't think that's oil in your coolant but it might be rust etc, which isn't good.
yeah that looks like your radiator might just be getting too much rust inside, try cheking it in about two weeks after u put the new coolant and if still does it take it to get checked

yeah but the idea is maybe he didnt actually flush it when he drained it. Maybe if he flushed it after draining it, and made sure it was nice and clean, then he might not have it again. He's just being optimistic. It's also nice to not jump to conclusions and have major work done on one bad coolant fill.
