got a 94 civic with a obd2 b20.. just got thru converting to standard..... the problem is that it wont stay on more than 5 seconds... but im gettin spark and fuel but only to the fuel rail... took the injectors out and they are not wet.... and only will turn on if i spray started fluid.. any ideas\
