Default True value of GS-Rs??? your opinions on pricing

i have a 99 integra GSR i need to sell, its black on black leather, 104k, clean title, and pretty much stock. kbb lists it in the 7-7.5k range, while nada lists it in the 8-9k range. Also, these cars are pretty rare especially clean title so i see a few local ones going in the 10k+ range

im asking 9700, but ive just been getting lowball offers. i paid 9k for this car a few months ago but at the time it was the cheapest black/black on the market...i sank 2k into to replace the clutch, wheel bearings, and a few others things....do you think my price is unreasonable??? in my opinion a clean title black/black GSR is extremely rare, especially one that is close to stock. i only have intake and HR coilovers on my car. i also just sank alot of money into it....i really need to sell it though or else id just keep it

please holler your opinions

yea i know my miles are a little high...however i see GSR-s in the 40k-80k range going for 12-14k! so i tried to price according to them as well. Type Rs were i live are rare under 15

9-10k max, especially if you paid just 9000 for it, it doesnt matter how much you sank in it, from the time you bought it and now the value will go down.

yeah, if you're not in a hurry to sell, just sit on the price you want. someone will buy it. it might take a while, but its a clean car so someone will buy it.

With those specs... My opinon would be for 7k.. 8 MAX. 100k+ mile is high.. truth is that it's not that far from a 80-90k mile car... it's the fact that it's 3 digit. Well my bro got a bone stock 94 Gs-R with 105,XXX for 3k so yeah. Clean title also. Steal I guess. I would just keep it... but if you need to sell it... give it some time.

I bought by 2000 GSR black on black leather OEM front sides and rear, on blades almost a year and half ago, it had 108,303 clean title, nothing wrong with it for $6800, I know they are worth more than that, but you are only going to get what someone is willing to pay for it.

I personally wouldn't pay that much for one, but good luck to you selling yours. There is someone out there that is willing to pay that much.

I bought a 99 GSR Black on Black, a year ago in Nov. and when I got it, it had 89,000 , and I think I paid $8500 for it, it was completely stock , except for some tint and a new CD player w/ new speakers inside... It also depends on your area as well.. some cars go higher , some lower . Gotta keep that in mind as well.

i bought my 99 GSR (green/tan) with 48k miles on it and only paid $8500 for it. I think your price is a little high, but i dont think you should have trouble getting close to what you paid for it....

ehhh....I would not call it extremely rare. You're hyping up the car more then it is.

Simple fact of the matter....depreciation. Unless you bought it at a ridiculously good price, then you're going to lose money when you sell it. Depending on who you're marketing too, then your mods don't mean much unless you got some real goodies on there like a pair of regamasters(which I love). And believe it or not, but tampering with the car in terms of mods will only devalue it.

my responce to it being rare is ( craigslist ) but yea for a private sell then it might just be to much but if it was at the dealer then ok that would be ok or atleast what is expected. but yea doin mods on the car is only going to hurt the value of the car. and kelly blue book say 7-7.5 for a car in excelent condition meaning no mods i would look more towards the 6-6.5 in good condidtion but yea the miles and what you have done to it you looking and getting between 6k and 7k so what i would do is list it a little more then that and take what you can get. rule of thumb is you will never get what you put in to it

your talking about dealer price...you might have bought it for 9k which to be honest is a little too much for me even in a dealer...and you want more than what you paid?..

first. you did not "sank" a whole lot of money on an intake and coilovers...its not even that expensive...i think you can get a little more if you had the oem wheels and suspension, i bought mine (dealer) 98 gsr red on black, bone stock, clean title, 67k miles for 7500 cash....and were asking 8500...

not trying to bash on you but i don't think your going to get more than what you paid for...

my advice to you...get oem wheels, put the stock springs and ask for 8k obo

oh and a black and black isn't rare...but a 99 gsr black on black for 9700 is

Just saw a 2000 MR GSR with 63000 miles unmolested, except for altezzas and wack body kit, go for 7500. I called the guy but knew i would already be too late. This is in cali too.

argh this ******* integra is going to break my pockets...im going to lose like 3 grand and ive only had the car for 3 months

when i bought the car there was 3 black/black GSRs are craigslist, all asking 10k obo. i got the guy down to 9 so i thought i was getting a decent deal, i still see salvage title GSRs asking like 7-8 in my area too. of course a integra in the midwest or elsewhere will for for 6-7k, but in the bay area everything is over priced

i think its a pretty rare car....i just checked craigslist again (bay area) and there is NO clean title GSRs at all for sale private party, especially black on black. theres a green on tan with 80k going for 11k at a dealership...theres a orange salvage title 95 with bodykits going for 7k. if someone is asking 7k for their salvage title 1995 GSR am i really out of range by asking 9k for a clean title 99??

Well what you said in your first post it seems like you're trying to get more for it then what you originally paid for. I think 9000 would be a decent deal. Also craigslist is NOT the only place to look for cars...just to let you know. Good luck with the sale.

yeah why not? i would have to go through the hassle of buying a new set and then selling the old ones. that can take forever. i rather just buy the car with a set of rims that i like.....
