Default Buddyclub Spec III catback

OK guys I'm new here so don't flame me for the stupid question. I found someone selling a used buddyclub spec III catback for a decent price. It came off of a 98 USDM type R and I have a 95 LS. Would it be compatible with my car? If not, is there anything I could have modified to make it compatible? THanks in advance.
