i dont remember that cage being red at SEMA...

but i was prolly drunk so who knows.

i always wondered how there gonna get the sunroof back in that car with the cage setup the way it is. didnt look like it was gonna be easy to say the least.

Is there a reason that the paint on both of those cars engine bays are different from the body color?

Most cages that go over 8-10pt's extend into the engine bay and tie into the frame rails, just more structual rigidity.

and show cars need all that for what........ pretty pointless if you ask me but what do i know........

yes on a show car it makes no sence, im just saying if you look for real weld in 12pt+ cages they usualy will go threw the firewall

who knows... the cars wont be showing forever, maybe they're already planned to be turned into track cars once they aren't show worthy anymore

but if you look at how those attached and how they are bent, its not doing anything but try and look good

seems like no structural help at all.
