I need help with this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when it is cold outside and I start my 1993 civic lx the engine revs then goes normal and does this over and over again. i dont know what the problem is. if any one can help

i knew a guy who had the same problem and it was his computer. He sold the car though so theres always the chance that it was something else
