Default Main diff between standard JDM ITR Pistons and .25 over?

Hi y'all? New to posting on H-T, so here we go: What differences if any are there if I go with a .25 over JDM ITR piston as opposed to a standard sized? Besides compression, will it idle rougher, or louder? Keep in mind it's still my daily for the time being. Thnx y'all.

You'll need to bore your block for starters. Are you comparing +0.025" JDM ITR pistons to standard JDM ITR pistons or some other standard piston?

Here is a helpful calculator:

Yea, i was comparing standard JDM ITR and +.25 JDM ITR pistons. Obviously if the block is fine, I was thinking of just going with the standard sized JDM ITR pistons. But if I have to bore the block, I was just curious to know what the dif would be between the 2.

one piston is meant to fit in the standard 81mm bore and the other is meant to fit an overbore. Thats the only real difference....

I already knew that, I just meant in terms of idling, would it idle rougher? I know there would be a dif in compression, that's why I was curious to see what other differences there would be. A better way of wording it would be: Would you be able to tell the dif between 2 cars if 1 had standard sized JDM ITR pistons and the other had +.25 JDM ITR pistons. Thnx again for all of y'alls input, it's appreciated.

Nope. Even a full mm or 2 won't change too much.
