http://www.marshallsimports.com has a '95 LS "complete drop out" (everything you need for your swap) for $1500.
Go to their site, search inventory. Choose '95, integra, and engine.
This is where I got my LS swap. They have great customer service and I only paid $150 for shipping from Ohio to South Dakota.
ps. Mine came w/ front brakes, knuckles, suspension, and subframe too.
