LMAO the owners manual would probably tell them to get a bank loan and go to the stealership service dept and pay a few hundred clams for a bulb change.
There should be a hole either from the inner side or underneath, that will let a long phillips screw driver remove the screw, then the outer side of the lense will be clipped into a slot.
