Default Spark plug looks white/ashy

i pulled off my valve cover today so i cang et familair with doing a valve adjustment on my own and decided to pull one of the plugs to look and it looks like a white ashy color on the tip of it...according to c-speedracing it means im running lean...what could be possible causes? how bad is this?

edit: did a search and came out to it may jsut have been that i was idle a little bit before shutting down...im not throwing codes so i think im fine.

Don't all cars idle before shutting them off?

Without knowing anything about your car, no one could begin to diagnose a cause.

But if you seem to believe it is ok, then so be it.
