Actually, if you read the website carefully, they use 15x8 to calculate their measurements ("measurement rim width"), but they approve their tires to be on rims up to 1 inch wider or narrower than the measuring rim width, so they can be on rims as narrow as 15x7 (as vtecsi00 stated) or as wide as 15x9.
