i've been trying to search but haven't really found an answer. i have a 91 std hatch and was wondering if the front forks are different from an si hatch? bought suspension but the shock bottom is too fat. previous owner claimed came off an si ef hatch...but i'm thinking he had eg/dc forks on it somehow. any help appreciated...

You might have EG front forks...I believe 88-91 EF forks are all the same, but if im wrong someone correct me.

 

I bought some struts off an EG for my EF. I just got a set of EG forks for the EF and all bolted up fine.

 

thx for confirming wut i thought. didn't kno if the std and the si forks were different or not. jus gotta find me a set of eg forks now...
