wiring harness 4 my integra

i am swapping in a b16a big vtec motor from japan into a 91' 4 door acura integra. Originally the car came with the b18a1 motor automatic. pedals shifter tranny bracket 4 the motor mount these are all things i have done. now i was told i need a 92 gsr dash harness 2 plug into my p30 computer? (very hard if impossible 2 find 4 a left hand drive teg). can i go with a jumper harness? thanks.
