Where to get a roll cage how much will i pay for my EG
I wanna get a weld in cage , not sure what i need in terms of how many points the cage will be but i want side impact protection and wanna be able to keep my door panels , i dont care about rear seats , its gutted . Anyway how much am i gonna pay and who does top notch work in Vegas, Az or Socal ?? Please give me some prices and how many point cage you recommend . Its for a 1992 EG Hatchback BTW - Thanks
Price? and what you recommend i see your 619 so your in SD? How long would it take , i would be driving down from vegas ? What size bar do you use and what type of material thanks

u can get a 8 point from safe drives, just need to have someone weld it in, they run around like 170 for a full 8 point

all depends on how much you want to spend.
Those pre-made kits are a decent buy if you're not going all out on the car. For occasional track use.
If you want something more serious and custom to your needs, I recommend Steen Chassis in Signal Hill, CA(near Long Beach, CA)

i paid around 1200 for my cage installed, it was an SandW kit, adding the chute wont be much more. Its all on who you know i guess. It was certified by one of the toughest techs in our region. all TIG.

thank you so much for all the replies . Im looking forward to seeing you guys at some events this year in so-cal and vegas , My 350whp EVO VIII was stolen so now all i have is my old 1992 hatch with a 1995 JDM ITR im going all out with this one and its being GARAGED ALWAYS

Just my .02 cents, I would buy a 8 or 10 point kit from S&W $200-$400 depending on material and have a reputable shop perform the install. Obviously, the weld quality is key.
