Default JDM Parts

Just curious as to what JDM Parts (Official Honda OE parts from Japan) people are looking for. I am having a sit down, with a Honda rep to inquire about some parts and wanted to see what everyone was looking for.

Thanks,

Mike

So far I have:

roof mounted console
console/armrest
leather shift ****
coin holder
smoked/red LED tail lights
steering mounted audio controls (won't work with the USDM deck, GRRR)

Eventually I'll get the side mirrors, I want the heated mirror feature the most.

How about the conversion kit? To make the USDM Fit into the JDM Jazz? any interest there?

I'm interested personaly but I haven't heard many that wanted to convert their front end since the difference isn't as dramatic as DC2. Few who does want to do the conversion only so they could use the JDM body kits. I will be doing the whole conversion myself include side skirts and rear bumper.

I'am planning on converting my front and rear end to JDM spec... It is a pretty dramatic difference if you've seen the two sitting side by side.

Not only that, but once you have made the conversion, a whole new parts list comes into play since you can now order all the crazy jdm parts for the gd3.

I'll hop on the front end, just as long the cost isn't 2k+ ...price range like 1200-1500

Compare to DC2? I don't think so.

Only the aero parts for the front will benefit from the conversion. Rear only requires the removal of the rear rebar.

To be honest with you, unless Honda decides to raise the production for the Fit I don't think you'll get a whole lot of responses. There just not enough to keep with up with the demands.

I need a JDM armrest and front and rear parking poles! I have all of the Fit Honda Access cats and I think I can get you part numbers for any of the JDM optional accessories!

Best 350$ CDN I spent on my Fit. I'm always using it, and prefer the smaller cup holders.

Update: I just got back from the meeting. Basically, what I am asking is alot, and I have to come up some more information for them to look further into the possiblities of me ordering parts through the Honda of Japan. Their main concern was liability. But trust me, I'm gonna work hard to get this worked out.

I'm interested in the F & R parking poles also. Hook us up with part #'s.

Get the OEM LED tail lights (smoked), passenger sun visors w/mirror (JDM driver side), projector headlights and the power folding mirrors. I'd be happy with that.

the swap would be kool but im not paying $800 for a bunch of **** i dont need

All i would want is OEM Caliper, Hub Bracket, Bolts/Nuts, Rotor, Pads, Cable's and Hoses.

Theres no reason for the SS Line and the T1R pads and rotors and ****.

there isn't a direct OEM swap available. this is the best thing for the time being.
