Default Clearance issues? (Dz6Z6, p29, Zex 59300)

Okay, it looks like my initial setup didn't work quite right.

Setup is:
D16Z6 with P29 pistons.
1.5mm SCE copper HG.
Zex 59300 camshaft.
total 0.007" shaved off of head/block

It looks like the HG doesn't totally seal under high load situations. Under idle, cruise, etc, my coolant system seems fine, but after a few high load runs (dyno, etc), coolant is backed up into the overflow tank and air bubbles appear in the system. I've tried a vacuum test on the coolant system when cold and no issues, but it's there when the system is warm.

Anyways... on to my questions.
This weekend, I'd like to pull the SCE headgasket and replace it with an OEM D16Z6 headgasket.

I believe it'll bump my compression because the OEM is thinner then the previous 1.5mm one I was running. Using the compression calcs, it looks like I'll be in the range of 12.1 for static compression. This means back to the dyno for more tunning (had it nicely set for 11.4-11.5 though).

From searching, it looks like people have ran D16z6 with P29's and stock HG okay, but will it work okay with the ZEX 59300 cam thrown into the mix? Or will I have piston to valve clearance issues?
