Default mud flaps, standard or option?

I have an 89 CRX Si that has mud flaps or whatever you call them and have not seen them on many other CRX or Civic cars of the same age. Were these an option, or were they standard on some option packages? Are they still availible as a single "flap"or will I have to buy a full set? All I need is the right front and I would hate to buy a full set if I don't need to.

The CRX did not come with mud guards.. they were a factory option.

Ebay is your best bet.
