i have a 1994 4dr gsr,and i recently got the clutch replaced and the fly wheel machined. I have less than 200 miles on the new clutch. In hte last week or two a rattle and vibration has started. it happens through all gears and only when im on the gas with the clutch engaged. I am hoping that it is just the clutch wearing in, is this normal? it doesnt do it all the time and the intensity of the vibration varies, its not so severe or violent that it feels undrivable but it is definately noticable. any help would be appreciated.

when you are siting at idle(is the noise there)????

 

no noise or vibration while idling. only while in gear while applying gas. if i let off the gas it stops. if disengage the clutch it stops even while applying the same ammount of gas revving the engine. then once hte clutch is engaged again and i start gasing it begins again

 

i think im going to take it to the shop some time this week unless some one has any input

 

I've been having the same problem with my car, only it started happening after I had my timing belt changed. It sounds like something is loose, like a bolt rattling around or something. A friend of mine said it could be a loose header bolt, but I haven't had the time to check. I'd like to know what the hell it is also.
