Default FS: 1999 civic si 8850 FIRM

Pros/Mods:
- Low mileage (74,000 at time of posting)
- KBB states normal for this year is around 86000 miles
- CF hood
- Lowered (previous owner had this done, not sure of drop)
- Type-r grill
- Black housing ctr replica headlights
- Tint (20% rear quarters, rear window, sunroof; 35% driver and passenger windows)
- stock air setup removed; cone filter on intake tube (short-ram intake)
- 5zigen exhaust (nice low sound throughout powerband)
- Oem front and rear lips
- OEM SI wheels with Zexius Falken 195-50-15 tires (about 60-70% tread)
- SilverStar headlight bulbs
- all power options work (windows; door locks; remote entry 12v accessory plug)
- Trunk lid is fully covered with Dynamat (access to taillight bulbs covered but available)
- New front brake pads and windshield at 60,000 miles (new windshield due to rock chip)
- fuel was running rich so both o2 sensors and cat replaced at 72,500 miles
- Pioneer Cd deck with iPod input
- Car has been babied since I bought it a 18 months ago
- oil changed ever 3500 miles (full synthetic)washed once a week waxed twice a
month (hood washed and waxed weekly)

Cons:
- Salvage title
- to my knowledge car was never in any accident. I bought the car with the bad
title. Previous owner had the interior, doors, sideskirts and hood stolen. Insurance totaled car. Everything was replaced to OEM.
- Airbags and horn are unplugged, due to guy being retarded about wiring. I never got around to plugging them back in.
- minor scratches on driver door (barely noticeable); small paint chip below “Si” logo
- front lip is cracked
- I will include a brand new unpainted Greddy front lip; never got around to
painting or installing this; it’s just sitting in my garage
- previous owner clipped trunk release (key works fine; just can’t open up from inside)
- just needs a cable clamp to fix the issue
- manual locks inside don’t lock…interior power locks and exterior keylock ok

Extras:
I bought the Wings West W-Type side skirts and rear lip hoping to complete the exterior mods, will sell with car for additional $250. They are unpainted and uninstalled.

Taking into consideration the title and other issues, I checked the KBB price under fair condition, and with the mods, I’d like to get 8850 firm. KBB is approx 8700. I’m counting into consideration the cf hood, tint, exhaust, lowered, ctr-replica headlights, oem rear lip. Price is pretty firm as I am trying to break even for what I’ve put into the car and also since I’m trying to get something new.
