Default oil pan gasket 98 ex? HARD TO REPLACE?

ive done motor swaps and wat not lol so it shouldnt be that hard but there was a brace support it looked like that was in the way? is that gona be a proeblem?

The brace attaches the downpipe to the engine block. IF you can do an engine swap you can do this one. You have to remove the downpipe from the exhaust manifold to get the oilpan off. Also remove the flywheel cover down below.
