ok guys. i have a 1990 honda accord dx. i wanna lower it about 1.5 inches in the front and about 2 inches in the rear. right now my car is higher in the back than it is in the front. i want my car to look like it is parallel with the ground! what is a good kit or spring to use on my cb7 and not too costly

I believe most spings are going to be staggered in the opposite direction. Meaning most spring sets are going to be lower in the front than in the rear, or the same all around. If you want to go the other way like you've stated, you may want to look into full coilovers like TEIN or sleeves like ground control so you can drop it however much you'd like.

Also make sure you get aftermarket struts to handle the lower springs or sleeves. Obviously you wouldn't need aftermarket struts if you go full coilovers.

get real coilovers, they are more pricey but well worth the money.

TEIN
Ground Control
Omnipower

ground control is a sleeve over, omnipower is having abunch of broken part, lower end tein is crap

most people think their front is higher because the fender is higher, don't just check the gap because it's not the correct way to check height.

K-Sport makes some pretty decent products.

Several of my friends SWEAR by their K-Sport kits...I just don't have the money to RE-DO my suspension...or I would.
