Default Back from the shop....still f'd up

I got my car back the last night from the shop that was supposed to replace the timing belt after it shredded a few teeth and made the car cut off. I did delivery with the car all night and the car ran fine. Now today on a 28 mile round trip to the next town and back, the cel starts flashing and the car is running like total ****.
So i let the car cool off(doesnt take long seeing how its in the 30's right now) and started it up and the car sounds like timing is off but wasnt misfiring. As soon as the car got up to normal temp it started misfiring agian in cylinders 1 and 3.I did notice that the dizzy wasnt touched, but my cam timing is on the money. You guys think it could be the ignition timing thats off?Wouldnt that make sense that the car runs without misfiring bc of the way the car really messes with the timing at cold starts but when it gets to normal the timing is off?

Judging by your sig your car is OBDIIa and it will constantly make adjustments for timing as needed. However, if I just got my car back from the shop that did major work like that and the CEL came on, you bet I'd be calling them first thing.

You could grab a timing light and make sure things are in time, then reset your ECU and see how that works.
