I recently bought a 1989 honda prelude si 2.0 with an automatic transmission. When I try to turn on the headlights, only the high beams are turn on and not the regular lights. Also there is no lighting on the dash. Does this problems have to do something with a fuse or something else. It is the first time I have bought a honda. Another question I have is did these prelude come with overdrive because on the dash it has an option of S3 or S4. I do not know what S3 or S4 mean.
