headlights: positive signal or grounded?
2000 Civic...
is the harness postively switched or grounded?
I think its positive and then in 01 they switched to grounded...but im not 100% sure.

correct if you follow the ground wire you will see that it leads to a grounding block. which is shared by the turn signals aswell, and other little things.
