Hey everyone, I am looking at getting into a 02, 03, or MAYBE an 04 TL or CL.

Im sure that being a honda, reliability is not anything to sweat over so long as the maintenance is up to par.

How many HIGH 140k+ milage TL/CL's are there out there?

02/03 TL are great cars but they have a notorious rep for tranny failures.

if u can afford a 04+ TL that would be a better bet.

 

CL out of production after the 03 model year. 04+ TL do not seem to have the trans problems that the previous cars do

 

even the 03 CL-s manual have these transmission problems?

i was under the impression issues were fixed in 03..

the manual trans is a very solid unit. only SOME of the 03 models have the updated 5spd auto trans

 

so ill be safe with an 03 manual!?
