It's not.

No, it's the climate control. The part with the sliders and buttons

 

oo i just need the black plastic console that holds the cd player and climate control not the actual sliders

 

i need the oilpan off that block... let me know if you want to part, and ill prolly take the stock spring while im at it

Is there a tach on that gauge cluster? 5 speed or auto?

There is a tach, but it is pending at the moment. The cluster has an auto gas/temp gauge.
