Default Will Both CTR cams work with stock gsr valvetrain???

Was wondering if I was to put in both ctr cams intake and exhaust will it work with my stock gsr valvetrain??? Meaning is it too agressive?? Or my gsr valvetrain can handle it?? Do I have to upgrade my valvetrain?? I'm not looking into upgrading my valvetrain so will these ctr cams work fine with my gsr valvetrain? Btw, I have a 01 gsr if that helps. Thanks for the help.

I'm plannin on putting ctr or itr cams into my 2k gs-r too. To answer your question, no you don't have to upgrade your valve train unless you raise the rev limiter

i have done it in my car...95gsr

u hafta get your cams tuned or switch the ecu or else u will have some power loss right before vtec kicks in.....my ITR cams gave me 5 WHP untuned and almost 10 WHP after tuning....you ill love the sound of your new cams.....im runing stock valve train and have been shiftin at around 8200 no problem (rev limiter is 8700)

hope this helps and good luck

Do I really gotta upgrade the valvetrain?? I'm not planing on going all motor. Planing to turbo it soon. So upgrading the valvetrain reving more is outta my opinion. Thanks. Only Boost
