Hi!

I was offered Mugen cams that were taken out from B16A1 engine. I have B18C6 Euro ITR engine in my rex. So would anyone tell me will the cams fit and will they give me any gain over my stock Type-R cams? I can buy Mugen ones for 200 USD. What do you think?

PS. One more thing: how to know if this is original Mugen stuff?

I didn know Mugen made cams... I know alot of the JDM comapanies made stuff we hardly ever see or hear of..But I never knew there where cams for the B16 by Mugen. I especially wouldnt trust it for 200USD. Thats just crazy... if they did exist... I'm sure they'd be like $1000 or more.

Just found this old Mugen catalog (the cams for sale are not these! ..but maybe they are - I must compare).
I don't know what engine are they for, but it seems like VTEC DOHC - you can tell this by the lobes. Or maybe I am wrong?

only problem is, it looks to be they are using just the CTR cams now......

so did mugen use to have cams for b16/b18 or not?? if they did why the stop producing them?
