Default Poly shock mount bushings

The only reason I'm asking is because I have these in hand.

Is the poly urethane shock mount bushing set worth installing, or will even the shock mount bushing bind. I'm aware that yu guys stay away from poly LCA bushings, but these are simply the bushings at the bottom of the shock, and at the top. I know to top bushings are harmless, what I'm really asking about is the single shock mount bushing. Can it possibly bind? Am I better of installing it (since I have it, brand new, and free) or tossing it in the trash? (energy Suspension if that matters)

The setup are Koni Yellow SP3 with GC's at 400/500.

Poly LCA bushings are fine and do not bind. The debated connection your describing is the Trailing arm bushing.

Either way the shock mount bushing is fine. I've never experiaced any bind or other issues at that point.
