Default Pray to let it spray

Well it was a beautiful day when I was driving snow every where. My windows got dirty so I decide to clean them, I pull back the handle and nothing came out nor the wipers work. Which is odd because the tank was filled and the wipers are in working order? Does anyone have any ideas? This is the way I bought the car and it is extremely difficult to drive.

clarify.
so do your wipers work normaly, but not when you pull on them ?
or is it not working at all?
fuses? or most likely the actual switch on the steering column, if its not frozen

i know on mine it doesnt tun the wipers on to pull back, just to spray. i then turn the wipers on high to do that part. this is how i got mine, thought it to be normal. I would take an old windex bottle and fill it with hot water, go outside and spray your nozzles down and take a handful of toothpicks along. then if that doesnt work, disconnect the lines under the hood right by the hinge and pull the trigger to see if anything comes outta the hoses. then you will know where your problem lies. good luck.

i had a similar problem, although in my case i could hear the pump running. it turns out the previous owner of my car decided to do some "creative" plumbing of the windshield wiper fluid lines, and they used too wide of pipe for the plastic joints that connected it all, so the lines would just pop off and spray fluid all over the engine bay.
