Do this instead, much cleaner...less work.

Check autowerk's build thread, I think he has it.

Yeah, don't relocate the oversized stock battery. Just install a new tiny one on the side of the frame where the bracket base thing that holds up the stock battery goes.

I think I might just weld up the holes I drilled in the back, and do this.

Won't that interfere with the intake though? Or do you mean mounted to the subframe where the battery bracket bolts in?

Jumping the last picture looks to be a bitch, not to mention look at the chunk of frame that was cut away

those first two photos look like a good solution. I kinda want to put my battery back under the hood. but with my alarm, i feel like having it in the trunk in a box with differnt connectors is just added security. it wont prevent anyone from stealing a car, but it may take that much longer to find, giving you a chance to hear it.

whatever I'm paraniod,

looks good

My battery is currently been relocated to behind the passenger seat....dont like that to well though. Takes up room....I am probably going to move mine farther back to under the hatch.

those small batt's are great until your car sits for awhile and the batt loses its charge.
