Fenders were wrapped in saran wrap and tape for shipping through UPS. When I recieved them they were severely damaged. I sent pics etc.. he said a claim was being filed with UPS and they would contact me and have to pick up the fenders. NO contact from UPS whatsoever. Almost 2 weeks now. He gave me a number to call that was disconnected (supposedly for UPS) I asked for a refund and he replied saying that once I paid for them it was not his problem anymore. He claims he is still in contact with UPS and a claim is in the works, but I have seen no proof of this. I took the fenders into my local UPS and showed them before I opened them and the guy there said that any claim will likely be denied do to improper packaging.

 

ok lets get this straight, the fenders were in good condition i supplied many pics to proof that. i took the fenders in to ups and told them where to ship, they wraped the fenders not me told me that they should not get damadged. i am not a scamer i have been working with ups for weeks now to get this situation all taken care off. ups did accpet the claim that i put in so you should be getting your money shortly, sorry for the inconvinience but things like this do happen and you dont have to jump to conclusions that im a scammer and not helping you to resolve the problem.

 

and if you look on the ups website the number that i gave you works, if you want the all the answers give them a call and see that i havent been bullshiting
