Default Rear Caliper Problem,Please help!!!

Im having trouble with my drivers side rear caliper.I can pull my ebrake and the caliper barly squeezes the rotor. The pads are installed correctly and the notch is in between the slots on the caliper.I have my calipers painted and ive also noticed that it looks like the heat is burning the paint on the caliper, none of the other calipers look like this one too.Any ideas? Thanks

If is not seized then check to make sure the parking brake is adjusted correctly. You should be able to take out the slack by asjusting the mechanism on the back of the e-brake.

Sounds like it's seizing up to me and not releasing the pressure, if they won't free up then it's a rebuild or a replacement caliper.
