they are rare in a sense that nobody knows what they are. they know the piaa name but hardly anyone knew they came out w/ rims in the early/mid 90's. sometimes the rarity can either make or break the amount of how much the wheel is worth. if you had center caps then you may be able to make more off of them or get better trade offers but gl anyway.

yup but im thinking about it twice if i should sell it or not. i just dont like the fact that they are 16's and i cant drop my car that much
