Would you buy it...?
A 2001 Integra GRS w/ carbon fiber hood, 130k, pretty much clean inside and out. No rips or tears in leather. Small mods, pillar gauges, etc... Keep in mind it is a dealership - what is it worth? what would you pay?
4000? I hope your joking or your on crack or have wishful thinking.
I wouldn't pay more then 7-8k. But since its at a dealership they are prolly going to ask 9-10,000. Maybe even more.
To give you an idea; I just baught my 98 GSR; 1 owner, 66k, OEM Type R Front and Rear Lip, OEM Sides, all stock besides that and all maintenace records for $7,000

but id say look for somyhing with lower miles. if it had around 100k id say check it out. just keep ur eyes open somthing will fall in ur hands inless thats what u whant
I'd look at the carfax report. I'm not into buying cars that someone else hooked up. If the carbon fiber hood is all that was done to it cosmetically and the carfax report looked good, I'd buy it for 6 or 7k.

internet tough guys are so entertaining. ya'll need to relax man, it's a tech site. If your input has no validity. Save it.
Be careful from the 'dealer' also, always check for after market seals on windows, paint and weather stripping always the first signs it's been mucked with.

They can be (previously sold cars)
OP get a carfax from the dealer, tell them you want to take it to a mechanic and have it checked out (this will be on your dime) look over it very carefully. And then start talking, have them pull up the value on http://www.nada.com do not use kbb. get a price in your head (resonable) and stick to it, do not go higher if you can help it. If nothing else tell them you want to see the invoice, good luck seeing it, but it's worth a try.
Good luck, if you need any more advice let me know and I will do my best to help.

i forgot to ask you when you said dealership is it a small dealership or is it from acura dealership... if its a small dealership you better look into the car more before buying because in sacramento theres a lot of dirty dealers not sure about where you live but dont hurt to make sure
