I (actually my brother) bought a totalled 1990 CRX si with a running d15. fender and door damage. What kind of money can we expect to get for it? Im just looking for rough guesstimates. I appreciate any input. thanks guys!

$200? put up some pictures...if its totaled it isn't worth much at all...its missing the D16 which kind of drops the value too, does the door damage effect the interior, door card and dash, seats? That would make it worth even less...I'd never buy a totaled car to sell as a whole for profit, pull all the good parts off and sell them, if its repairable and you fix it but still has a reconstruction title you may get $500-$1000 but depends on the area and how hard it is to find and Si...

 

I appreciate the comments. I think we will just sell all the parts and then maybe give the body to a junkyard. I was thinking someone might want the shell AFTER I take the interior + engine out, to use as a track only car.

I am amazed at the maturity level here. I feel like Im in high school again. Maybe its just a Honda thing.

It doesnt make sense because it isnt for sale yet. I was just trying to get some ideas.
